FARLOW'S SERPENT 3 1/2" FISHING REEL WITH LINE ON - NICE OLD FLY FISHING REEL

This is for this lovely old Farlow's of London 3 1/2" Serpent model fly reel. It has line on as shown. have no idea about fly fishing so unsure what type the line is or if still any use. The reel works well and seems to be a nice quality vintage reel. The little winding handle knob does not turn in your fingers as it is rotated so maybe a bit stuck unless this is how they are. A lovely old reel and hopefully of use and interest to a fisherman. Please check my other listings. PLEASE, on very rare occasions items can get damaged in the post or even lost.
