Red & Yellow Multi-Piece Fishing Rod w/ Metal Line Guides, Orange Rod Bag

Found this old rod left behind in a house I've recently bought. Can't see any branding anywhere to suggest a make or model but a relative suggested it's probably designed for sea fishing.Additional pictures available on request.Would prefer collection as it's perhaps a bit of a fragile item to post but I do travel quite a bit for work so could potentially deliver myself or meet a buyer somewhere part way if convenient.
