Description
Selling a few of my cane rod collection which includes this very nice vintage Martin James 10ft Cane Rod. I am assuming it was built as a fly rod as it has snake guides fitted (some are missing) and a short cork handle (but with sliding collars rather than a reel seat). The overall condition of the cane appears to be in excellent condition, although the cork butt is missing and the tip section ferrule is split (see photos). This would make a great restoration project.
