Description
I think it was Richard Gordon, the fishing author, who described this as a "fish cosh" and I suppose that is fairly accurate. As you see from the photos, it is made of hardwood (mahogany, maybe) and it is fairly weighty, enough to deliver the "last rites" to any fish you have caught and want to eat. I bought this in a job-lot years ago and have never used it. Over to you.
