preston innovations inception 3000 fishing reel , comes supplied with a spare spool and both spools are loaded with line [ 6lb and 8lb ] the reel is fully functional and all in working order, it does have some paint loss on the body of the reel [ see pics ] no effect on the reel just cosmetic. This reel is ideal for float or feeder fishing , this was prestons top of the range reel before it was superseded by the centris range of reels .
