I had no idea just how many Centaure reels I had accumulated.....Here's another one.First marketed in 1953, serial number 709581.4 to 1 retrieve, lever antireverse and a very smooth clutch.The reel has some age related scuffing as can be seen in the photos. Re lubed and oiled, the reel is smooth in operation and fully functional.A legendary reel from one of the great French makers.
