Allcocks "Fishing Gazette" Float - Pike BungHere we have a vintage Allcocks "Fishing Gazette" float in a generally good condition. The paintwork is clear of any major chips however there are one or two small points mentioned by way of transparency. Firstly, there is a tiny chip approximately 1cm below the orange/green dividing line and nearest to the bottom r/h corner of the Allcock transfer which itself has a tiny bit missing. There is also a small chip to the paintwork immediately next to the point where the wooden peg enters the top of the float. there is also a faint crack in the paintwork next to that chip. On the whole, for a vintage pike bung, this has remained in a pretty decent condition and in my opinion, worthy of a place in any collection. The issues mentioned are visible on the photographs. Please study them carefully to gain a clear idea of detail and condition.
