PLEASE SEE MY OTHER ITEMS LISTEDI'm currently clearing a family property, I know nothing at all about fishing. There's a few spots of surface rust on handle. A few scrapes of the black paint missing see pics. I have turned handle and reel spins there's a gear switch I think.
