VINTAGE MARTIN JAMES  "HASMILL" CANE AVON ROD IN CLOTH BAG VERY CLEAN #RARE#This is something very nice and rare. This is an original Martin James cane rod and is in exceptionally clean condition with original cloth bag. 3 piece rod with sliding reel fittings. Would appeal to collectors after classic quality. To make this even more exceptional this rod was the "Hasmill" in my research i have found it referred to a couple of time but can not find another example of one that was sold. This is a great classic British Built rod. See photo's as what you see is what you are buying. If i had to be picky and make one criticism then at some point someone has varnished the cork handle. Keeps it clean but personally i would rub down to return to original matt finish. Otherwise do not miss it as i said i have not found another of this model for sale anywhere.
