Super Rare Vintage "Andrews & Dalton" Cane rod Built by L.F.Day VERY CLEANThis is a cracking cane rod. Makers Label states Andrews & Dalton Sports Outfitters, Hounslow. Built by L.f.Day with original bag. I must admit after 40 years in the tackle trade and searches on the net i have not come across another of these and this rod is very very clean and in good collectors condition. Whippings and varnish all tight and clean, Eyes all whole and brass ferule fits tight and no knock and except cork handle discoloured a little it is in fantastic condition. This is a 2 piece spinning type rod. One section is 1.3m the other is 1.1m making a 2.4m or 8ft rod.No idea what the value of this is as said earlier i have not been able to find another so quite unique. So putting it on ebay to auction and let the highest bidder make there own mind up and may be a fantastic investment opportunity due to its rarity.
