Rare vintage and early Hardy “The Gold Medal” 15ft 3 piece (plus spare tip) Salmon Fly Rod in very good condition. Lockfast joints, burgundy eye and intermediate whippings, lined butt and tip rings, and a 26” cork handle with single bronze sliding ring reel seat. This 125 year old twin tip rod marked 49014 (1899) comes complete with turned hardwood stoppers and Hardy “rod and hand” 4 pocket khaki cloth. Note, butt ring may not be original.510
