Rare vintage and early Hardy (Hardy-Jock Scott) 5ft 6” split cane Spinning9 Rod with detachable handle in good condition. White metal ferrule, burgundy whipped eyes, lined eyes throughout and a detachable cork handle with alloy “Screw-Grip” and housing. This rod stamped E 89349 (1953) comes complete with spanner, turned hardwood stopper and its original Hardy “rod and hand” purpose made bag. Note, there is some aging to the lacquer surface.
