Model details: Daiwa Amorphous Whisker Osprey AWF13 Summer Runner Salmon Fly 13ft #8/9 line rating 3 piece construction Made in Scotland A high-quality late 1980s / early 1990s salmon fly rod from Daiwa’s premium Amorphous Whisker series, built using lightweight amorphous carbon technology. Designed as a refined summer salmon and grilse rod with a smooth progressive action suitable for floating and lightweight sink-tip lines. Features: Scottish manufacture Lightweight carbon blank Burgundy intermediate whippings Lined butt and snake guides Alloy screw-lock reel seat Full cork handle Original cloth bag included Condition: Very good used condition overall. The blank remains clean and glossy with only light signs of normal use. All rings, whippings and ferrules are sound. Cork handle is clean with minor handling wear only.
