Rare vintage Hardy “The Wye” 13ft 6” #9, 3 piece (plus spare tip) Palakona split cane Salmon Fly Rod in excellent vintage condition. Copper wound Lockfast joints, burgundy eye and intermediate whippings, lined butt and tip rings, turned alloy stoppers and a 25 1/2” cork handle with alloy sliding screw grip reel seat. This rare fly rod stamped H51523C (circa 1962) has seen light use and been well maintained.
