Includes: • Ambidex No.1 (smaller model) • Ambidex No.2 (larger model) These are classic British-made spinning reels dating from the late 1950s to early 1960s and are popular with collectors of traditional coarse fishing tackle. DETAILS: • Maker: J W Young & Sons Ltd • Models: No.1 and No.2 Ambidex • Made in England (Redditch) • Fixed spool / spinning reels • Rear drag control systems • Original handles and bail arms CONDITION: • Both reels are complete and original • Mechanically working – turn freely • Heavy paint wear and cosmetic marks from use • Signs of age throughout (see photos) • Both loaded with old line These would make a great addition to a vintage tackle collection or for display.
