A.W.Pickard (Coventry) 2.8m - 9' 2-Piece Composite Fly Fishing Rod - VGC

This is a little used 9' 2 Piece - composite fly rod - made by A.W.Pickard of Coventry (though to be honest I am not 100% sure I am reading the handwriting accurately!) A trout rod in fine pre-owned condition. 9′ 2 piece. Slim fibreglass blank. Lined butt and rings throughout, cork handle. Aluminium screw reel fitting. High-quality fly rod in good undamaged condition. Maker: A.W. Pickard Approximate year of manufacture: 1990 Material: Fibreglass Length/ diameter: 9′ Line #7/8 Ideal use: Trout fly fishingHopefully the pictures describe it –- I’ll answer any questions I can but viewing is recommended – I am no expert.
